Quality control for incoming materials
Our dedicated team of skilled IQC personnel performs thorough incoming quality control upon receipt. Leveraging an efficient IQC management system and utilizing in-house testing equipment, we meticulously assess the size, appearance, hardness, and thickness of raw materials and components. This rigorous evaluation ensures that they meet our precise requirements for the intended application of the product before further processing takes place.
Real-time quality control throughout the production process
Monitoring the production process through in-progress quality control is crucial. Our IPQC team ensures initial approval of the first batch before proceeding, conducts periodic spot checks every two hours, and inspects semi-finished products according to AQL standards. These measures are taken prior to product placement in the warehouse. We emphasize the application of processing controls and employ an in-progress quality system to maintain the highest standards throughout the manufacturing journey.
Conducting comprehensive quality control at the final stage
Prior to assembly, a proficient worker creates the initial article in accordance with assembly and packaging instructions. Subsequently, the FQC worker carefully examines and approves it, ensuring its compliance before commencing mass production.
